The Shops At Rossmoor Celebrates Earth Day!

Join The Shops at Rossmoor in celebrating Earth Day with an event fun for the whole family on Saturday, April 22, from 11 am to 1 pm!

Kids can enjoy Earth Day-themed crafts, face painting, reptiles from Prehistoric Pets, balloon twisting (using biodegradable latex balloons), and more. Discover the magic of growing by participating in a fun planting activity.

There will also be eco-friendly giveaways and photo opportunities with our Sea Turtle mascot. You’re sure to have a tree-mendous time!  This event is FREE and open to the public. The event will be located near ULTA Beauty and Staples in the Center.

Be sure to snap a selfie in front of The Shops at Rossmoor’s Earth Day Display and grab a seed packet or seed paper to plant at home to continue to nurture nature because “The World is in Our Hands.

Don’t forget to post on social media and tag @Theshopsatrossmoor and use #EarthDayatShops for a chance to win a $100 gift card to Sprouts. The contest ends on April 24th; you must be 18 or older to enter and win. One lucky winner will be randomly selected and notified via the Center’s Facebook and Instagram comment streams on Tuesday, April 25th. The winner must respond within 48 hours or their prize will be forfeited and another winner selected. No purchase is necessary.

Each of these fun-filled events and activities is designed to remind attendees of this year’s Earth Day theme, “The World is in Our Hands,” and the importance of safeguarding our natural resources for future generations.
