In an effort to give Rossmoor Residents an easy way to report their Street Sweeping Observations, we have created this simple form to pass along your sweeper observations to the RCSD who manages the street sweeping contract for Rossmoor.
When you submit this form, your observations will be automatically emailed to RCSD General Manager Joe Mendoza, and all five of the current RCSD Board members (DeMarco, Maynard, Barke, Searles and Shade)
