Spooky Fall Get Shredded & Food Drive Event- October 31st

Our spooky Get Shredded quarterly paper shredding event will take place on Saturday, October 31st from 8:00 to Noon. The Rossmoor Homeowners Association hosts these free document shredding events at Lee School (11481 Foster Road) in Rossmoor each quarter.

This terrific community event is sponsored by Kelly Laird Smith with Coldwell Banker and Patricia Megallon from State Farm Insurance.

These two local businesses make our community shredding events possible. Both these Los Alamitos/ Rossmoor based businesses are here to answer your questions. Stop by our shredding event or give them a call.

As usual, our shredding event kicks off at 8:00 a.m. and we will close up at noon (or when the truck is full). Please to arrive early to ensure your documents get shredded.

REMEMBER too that we collect non-perishable food to benefit the Los Alamitos based We Care. Canned and dried goods, especially canned proteins, are in short supply. Please consider bringing a few cans of tuna, chili, or chicken when you stop by with your shredding.

This is a community shredding event that allows our neighbors to get their legal and private documents shredded each quarter (October, January, April and July). This community service is provided for residents of our community, even if they are not (yet) an Association member. Plus, we help feed those who are being served by We Care – It’s a hug community win!

Please do not bring years of business or client/patient records, plastic CDs, “floppy discs”, or notebooks.

Just drive up and let us unload your vehicle and you can watch those documents get shredded before you leave the parking lot. It’s that simple and easy to do. Plus, it’s open to any area resident at no charge. Come out join us and clean out your house of those shreddable papers that are just taking up space.

d that from your vehicle as well. Our  Community works hard to support itself and We Care is a huge part of that kindness and support.

To be considerate to all, we can only take up to 10 banker boxes of documents from each household. Thanks for your understanding.
