During our regular January 2025 RHA Board meeting, the RHA Directors unanimously approved a revision to the Association Bylaws that reduces the number of directors from 13 to 9.
This change will help facilitate having a more manageable board size while still supporting enough directors to represent our diverse membership.
In accordance with our Bylaws, we are providing these proposed changes to the membership on on January 21, 2025 which is at least 20 days prior to our next regular meeting, so that the membership can vote on these changes at the regular February 18, 2025 Board Meeting at Rossmoor Park.
