The Rossmoor Community Services District (RCSD) held a Rush Park Bond Burning Party & Celebration on September 8, 2020.
The District was able to pay off the 30-year bond more than a year early saving the Rossmoor Homeowners thousands of dollars in property taxes. The 30-year bond was issued to enable the community to purchase the former Rush School from the Los Alamitos Unified School District (LAUSD) and create what is now Rush Park and the home offices for the RCSD.
Thanks to the current and past RCSD directors who had the foresight and fiscal management to pay ahead and payoff the bond early and saving all of us on our property taxes.
