This week’s incident increases or decreases are as follows: 9-1-1 Hangup (+1), Abandoned Vehicle (+7), Annoying Phone Call (+1), Assist Outside Agency (-1), Burglary/Robbery Alarms – Audible (-4), Citizen Assist (-1), Disturbance (-1), Illegally Parked Vehicle (+4), Keep The Peace (+1), Patrol Check (-8), Pedestrian Check (-1), Petty Theft (-2), Shots Heard-No Suspect Information (+1), and Welfare Checks (-4).
For 37 or 62% of this week’s reported incidents, OCSD officers conducted 15 patrol checks and responded to 8 traffic stops, 8 suspicious person/circumstances/vehicles, 5 burglary and robbery alarms, and 1 follow-up report. Residents reporting incidents and OCSD officers responding to calls helped deter neighborhood criminal activity.
