We started sharing these “At A Glance” RHA Community & Director meeting highlights in February 2024 in response to some neighbor requests. While most of our meetings are very pedestrian and matter of fact, if the community wants a summary of the topics discussed and the business conducted each month, we’re happy to provide a recap. Mosquito Control Program
The Orange County Mosquito & Vector Control District (OCMVCD) will be conducting an Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) adulticide treatment to address mosquito abundance and the risk of mosquito-borne disease in the City of Los Alamitos and Rossmoor. Neighborhood Watch in Rossmoor: What You Need to Know
Did you know that the Rossmoor Homeowners Association (RHA) oversees the Neighborhood Watch (NW) program in our community?
Since 1981, the RHA has worked closely with residents and local law enforcement to build a safer, more connected Rossmoor. Unlike in other areas where Neighborhood Watch may be run by different groups, our RHA is dedicated to guiding and supporting these efforts right here at home.
What is Neighborhood Watch?
Neighborhood Watch is a community-led program that empowers residents to take an active role in neighborhood safety. By encouraging neighbors to look out for one another, report suspicious activity, and foster open communication, the program helps reduce crime and build a stronger, safer community.
