The Rossmoor Homeowners Association is working to help you and your neighbors get a better sound wall for Our Rossmoor. And, we need your support.
At a key meeting last week with Assemblyman Tyler Diep and RHA representatives, Caltrans finally agreed to conduct some sound measurements along Martha Ann after refusing for more than two years. That is step one in what will be a long and difficult crusade to get modifications to the inadequate decades old sound wall that protects your property.
