Jim Ruth, the General Manger for the RCSD for the past 5 years recently retired. Jim has been very helpful to Rossmoor during his five year tenure with the RCSD and we want to wish him the very best in his well deserved retirement. Jim’s replacement, Joe Mendoza, was introduced at the RCSD Board meeting this past Tuesday evening (October 9, 2018). Joe was the Recreation Superintendent City of Cerritos and then for the past 10 years was the Assistant Director, Parks and Recreation for Los Angeles County. He and his wife live in Cypress and Joe is looking forward to working with the RCSD staff and serving the Rossmoor Community.
