Our Bylaws are always available from this site here: https://ourrossmoor.com/bylaws/
The CC&Rs for Rossmoor reside with the County of Orange. This means that any rules and regulations for the homes in Rossmoor are controlled and enforced by the Orange County Public Works Department which includes the county’s permitting and inspection departments.
Are the cc and r’s and hoa rules and regulations the same for Walnut Creek as southern Calif property?
I am looking for Walnut ?

It is doubtful the CC&Rs are the same. The County of Orange determines what is permitted within our unincorporated Rossmoor Community here in SoCal. The Walnut Rossmoor has a foundation that manages the facilities in the Rossmoor Retirement community in Walnut Creek. It’s best to check with them at Rossmoor.com on their CC&Rs
